Returns & Exchange

For frame or lens-related concerns, contact us with your order number within the applicable return/exchange period. Prescription lenses and custom-made powered products may have different eligibility because they are made to customer specifications.

Please keep the frame, case, invoice and accessories in original condition while requesting support.
